ABOUT ME

I am a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, an FHT Ambassador and I founded an award winning multidisciplinary health clinic in Devizes, Wiltshire.  My massage career started 25 years ago when I trained for two years and gained my holistic massage qualifications.  I was then classed as a mature student (22!) and was proud to collect the student of the year award.  Almost straight away I rented a room in a spa and started […]

WHAT I DO

How do you choose a massage therapist? My approach to treatment has always been holistic, even when working with injured clients.  Holistic means looking at the whole body rather than just the area that is causing you discomfort.  That doesn’t mean you will need a full body treatment if you have a shoulder issue for example but it is important to ascertain what is the cause.  Other factors also come into play; jobs, hobbies, stress […]

Welcome to M&G Garden Clinic

When did you last feel deeply relaxed? At M&G Garden Clinic, I provide quality massage therapy which will give you both physical benefit and the opportunity to mentally relax and unwind.

The Garden Clinic is my new venture, opening in Melksham in April 2021.  But you may have seen or heard about M&G before!  I have been a practising massage therapist in Devizes for over 20 years working in varying clinics.  Reading through the about me page will give you my history in this amazing trade.

Why choose massage therapy?

Massage therapy causes many effects in the body.  Just a few include; decrease in breathing rate, blood pressure and heart rate and an increase in blood flow, circulation and production of endorphins (the body’s ‘feel good’ chemicals).  This makes it ideal for improving a wide variety of conditions, relieving muscle tension, pains and headaches, reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety or depression and aiding muscle recovery after exercise.  You may be looking for massage therapy to help with an existing condition, or simply looking for time to unwind and enjoy quality ‘me time’.  Either way, massage therapy has the great advantage in that it has both physical and relaxation benefits, so indulging in a treatment is a perfect way to invest in yourself, feel physically well and reduce stress.

Thank you for visiting my website. I hope that you find all of the information you are looking for, if you don’t then please contact me, I will be more than happy to help.

See you soon
