CANCELLATION POLICY
While I understand that things come up, should you need to cancel your appointment, please find the cancel/reschedule tab in your confirmation or reminder email OR please email: karen@milesandgreen.co.uk
I will only charge your card should you cancel with less than 24hrs notice. Please familiarise yourself with the full cancellation policy details here, you are agreeing to these terms when booking an appointment at M&G Garden Clinic. All no-shows and late cancellations will be charged at full treatment cost. Please know that this policy is in place with respect to the value of everyone’s time and healthcare needs.
