Clinic Appointment Cancellation/ No Show/ Late Arrival Policy

Our goal is to provide quality individualised treatments in a timely manner. “No Shows” and late cancellations inconvenience those individuals who are in need of treatment. We would like to remind you of our clinic policy regarding missed appointments.


Cancellation of an Appointment

In order to be respectful of other patients, please call Miles and Green promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We require that you call 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give others the possibility to receive the treatments they require.

As a courtesy, we will send you a text reminder 48 hour in advance to confirm your appointment. This is an automated system and cancellations cannot be made through this system. If you are not able to keep your appointment, we will be happy to reschedule for you. Please do give us a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule.

No Show Policy

A “No Show” is someone who is not present at the time of their scheduled appointment and has not provided adequate notification. We understand that emergencies may occur, however, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you are preventing another patient from getting their needed treatment.

Late Arrival Policy

Late arrival to a scheduled appointment will require that we end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will be shorter.

Charge for Late Cancellations, No Show’s and Late Arrivals

Failure to give a 24-hour advance cancellation or being a “No Show” will result in a non-refundable charge of the full treatment cost.

Late arrival to appointments will result in a full treatment charge for the shorter session.
