Yoga therapy uses a combination of neuroscience, physiology, yoga, mindfulness and psychotherapeutic skills. It uses a compassionate approach, each session is client led and tailored to meet individual needs. All designed to empower you to take charge of your health and live with more ease.
It combines the ancient art of yoga and modern day science and research.
It can be used to help with specific physical, psychological or mental health conditions, to increase resilience, emotional regulation, confidence, self esteem.
You do not need to have practised yoga before to benefit from this approach.
